Packing-
All our pairs come in a hard box which contains your lovely pair wrapped in butter paper with anon-woven dust free cloth. 

Care Instructions
Please store the pair in the non-woven dust free bag provided. Please keep the pair dry and away from moisture. If exposed, dry them well in direct sunlight before use. In case if your feet hurt, you may apply a light layer of mustard oil for a few hours inside the lining of the pair.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping-Product ships within 5 working days.

Returns- We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return them within 7 Days in its original box packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us on contact@onezeroeight.co.nz for the same. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests. The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.
